JOSH SASSANELLA was born and raised in Indiana and fell in the love with the performing arts at an early age. After attending Purdue University in Ft. Wayne Indiana, he quickly found success as an actorin numerous theme parks and onboard major cruise lines.
Since then, Josh has been seen in major musical theatre productions including Mamma Mia! at the Mandalay Bay Resort in Las Vegas, Smokey Joe's Cafe and Xanadu at Music Theatre Wichita, Rent at Forestburgh Playhouse, the world premiere of High School Musical 2 at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, and on the first National Equity Tour of Rock of Ages.
Josh was also seen on Broadway in Rock of Ages where he covered numerous leading roles and as swing in the highly controversial production, Spider-man : Turn off the Dark.
His writing, composing, directing, and work as a choreographer has taken him all over the world and after years on the stage, Josh is now thrilled to find a home at ASA, guiding, nurturing, and pushing actors to fulfill their dreams in NYC and abroad.

Josh prides himself on having the experience of working on almost every Equity contract, understanding the arduous steps it takes to build a career in theatre, and using that experience to advise ASA clients to take logical and exciting steps towards all the opportunities show business has to offer.

Aimee was born and raised in Northfield, Minnesota where her active community theatre life moved her to Chicago. Upon graduating from UIC in theatre performance, Aimee worked in casting at Steppenwolf Theatre Company while performing around the city of Chicago in such productions as RENT (BrightSide Theatre), Big Fish (Jedlicka Performing Arts), and The Next Thing You Know with Refuge Theatre Project where she served as a company member.
Aimee came to New York to study musical theatre performance with an emphasis in vocal pedagogy at NYU. Her goal is to understand the various vocal techniques and demands required for vocal artists. She graduated from NYU in 2017 with the award for Outstanding Achievement and Contribution to Vocal Pedagogy. Aimee has been performing around NYC and also teaching with the NYC Vocal Studio for the last few years working with and coaching Broadway and recording artists. She knows the ins and outs of the industry and is thrilled to be joining the ASA team.
